某食品加工企业生产建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的识别某食品加工生产过程和劳动过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素,对该项目职业病危害防护措施的防护效果进行评价,对未满足职业病危害防护要求的职业病防护措施提出建议,为行政主管部门验收食品加工类建设项目提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测法、职业健康检查等相结合的方法对该项目存在的职业病危害因素进行综合评价。结果该项目筛料、配料、打粉、打馅和回料岗位的粉尘;筛料、成型、烘烤岗位的氨;筛料、打粉、回料、包装岗位的粉尘以及烘烤岗位的高温为关键控制点。粉尘、氨检测合格率为100%,噪声检测合格率为75%。该项目的总体布局、建筑卫生学、生产工艺和设备布局、职业病危害防护措施、个人使用的职业病防护用品、应急救援措施、职业卫生管理等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》等相关职业卫生法规、标准的要求。结论该项目属于食品制造业,属于职业危害一般项目,由于生产过程中产生高毒物品氨,因此判定该生产建设项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目。经综合分析评价该建设项目所采取的职业病危害控制技术和管理措施整体有效。 Objective To identify the main occupational hazards in a food processing and production process and to evaluate the protective effect of the occupational hazards in the project and to provide recommendations for the protection of occupational diseases that do not meet the occupational hazards protection requirements and provide suggestions to the competent administrative departments Food processing construction projects provide a scientific basis. Methods The methods of occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination and occupational health examination were used to evaluate the occupational hazards in this project. Dust, ammonia test pass rate of 100%, noise detection pass rate of 75%. The overall layout of the project, building hygiene, production technology and equipment layout, protective measures against occupational hazards, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases, emergency rescue measures and occupational health management are basically in line with relevant occupational health regulations such as the “Hygienic Standard for Design of Industrial Enterprises” , The standard requirements. Conclusion The project belongs to the food manufacturing industry and belongs to the general project of occupational hazards. Due to the high ammonia content in the production process, the project is judged to be a construction project with a high occupational hazard. The comprehensive analysis and appraisal of the construction projects taken by the occupational hazards control techniques and management measures as a whole effective.
