目的探索女犯心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法选择初中文化程度女犯和以年龄、文化、职业匹配的女性各200名,应用明尼苏达多项个性测查表(MMPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和家庭环境量表(FES-CV)等调查表进行调查。结果女犯存在较多心理健康问题(P<0.001)。多元回归分析发现女犯心理健康问题与其不良社交、不良嗜好、既往疾病史、MMPI-抑郁、MMPI-妄想和FES-CV的情感表达、娱乐性、控制性等8个因素有关。结论女犯心理健康问题有社会心理因素,也有生物学因素。
Objective To explore the mental health of women prisoners and its influencing factors. Methods Two hundred female women with educational level of junior high school and 200 women with age, culture and occupation were selected. The Minnesota Multi-Personality Inventory (MMPI), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Family Environmental Scale (FES- CV) and other questionnaires to investigate. As a result, women had more mental health problems (P <0.001). Multivariate regression analysis found that women’s mental health problems were related to 8 factors, including bad social habits, bad habits, past medical history, MMPI-depression, emotional expression of MMPI-delusion and FES-CV, entertainment and control. Conclusion Female prisoners psychological health problems have social psychological factors, but also biological factors.
