货车车种构成是通过选择车种的经济效果比较,确定各类货物合理使用的车种,并以各种货车应担负的货运量及其相关的货车运用指标以及非运用车的比重,计算各种货车的需要量及其比重。 为适应国民经济的发展,必须扩大我国铁路货车的生产能力,迅速增加货车的数量。其中敞车和棚车是我国铁路主要发展的车种,占的比重最大。罐车与平车是我国货车中的重要车种,但由于管道运输的发展和平车使用范围较为狭窄,担负的货运量相对较小,所以罐车和平车不是重点发展的车种。对于冷藏车应在显著增加其数量和比重的同时,必须提高它的制造工艺水平。其它各种专用车则应结合我国具体条件进行研究,选择其中经济效益显著的车种发展,以代替部分通用货车。
