摘 要:开展专业课程思政是落实高校立德树人根本任务的必然要求,其意义深远。全面提升教师素质是课程思政的关键因素,政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛、育人水平高超是对高校教师的基本要求,只有自觉加强思想修养,强化育人意识,提高育人能力,才能充分发挥课程思政建设的主体作用,做好学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。开展《化工基础》专业课程思政实践,首先要结合课程知识点深入挖掘思政元素,构建新型课程思政课程体系,同时充分发挥教师的示范引领作用。以专业有深度、价值有高度、课堂有温度作为课程思政的目标,实现全程、全方位育人。

Abstract: It is an inevitable requirement to carry out the basic task of Lide Shuren in colleges and universities, and it has far-reaching significance. Comprehensively improve the quality of teachers is a key factor in course of ideological and political quality excellent, sophisticated business ability, education level is superior to the basic requirement of college teachers, only consciously strengthen ideological cultivation, strengthening the consciousness of education and improve the ability of education, to fully exert the principal role of ideological construction, mentor and lead the healthy growth of students. To carry out the ideological and political practice of Chemical Engineering Foundation, it is necessary to dig the ideological and political elements deeply by combining the curriculum knowledge points, construct a new curriculum system of ideological and political, and give full play to the exemplary and leading role of teachers. With professional depth, high value, classroom temperature as the course ideological and political goals, to achieve the whole, all-round education.

專业课程思政是以知识传授与价值引领相结合为目标,将立德树人根本任务融入课程教学各环节的教学模式,是教书育人初心和使命的回归。课程思政实质是一种课程观,专业教师应结合专业特点,恰当运用马克思主义立场、观点和方法,挖掘思政元素,选择合适载体实现政治思想教育的功能,通过课程育人推动人才培养目标的实现。
1 开展专业课程思政意义深远
“人才培养一定是育人和育才相统一的过程,而育人是本。人无德不立,育人的根本在于立德。这是人才培养的辩证法。办学就要尊重这个规律,否则就办不好学”,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人是我们教师的初心和使命。目前专业教育不同程度地存在与思想政治教育脱节、重视教学忽略育人现象,未能很好形成育人合力,没有发挥出课程育人的功能。所以,教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,要求所有高校、所有学科专业全面推进课程思政建设,发挥好课堂教学育人的主渠道和主阵地作用,强调尊重教育规律,坚持立德树人,所有课程都有立德树人的功能,所有教师都有立德树人的职责,所有课堂都是立德树人的主渠道。真正做到以文化人、以德育人,不断提高学生思想水平、政治觉悟、道德品质、文化素养,做到明大德、守公德、严私德。做到以树人为核心,以立德为根本。只有全面推进课程思政建设,才能解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这个根本问题,实现高校立德树人的根本目标。
