本文围绕大学生心理健康教育课程的目标定位、课程内容、教学模式、课程评价、队伍建设等问题展开思考,提出课程建设思路:课程目标应从预防性目标转向预防性和发展性统一的目标,目标的内容应体现知识、态度和能力相统一;将积极心理学内容引入课程,模块化组织课程内容;系统化设计心理健康教育活动,构建以学生为主体、突出能力培养的多种形式相结合的教学模式;实施以学生为评价主体取向的“自我反思性评价”;提高教师的专业化水平,等等。
