以菜豆品种“翠芸1号”为试材,采用二因素完全随机试验设计,研究了高压静电场场强和处理时间对菜豆种子生理活性的影响。结果表明:300kV/m、90min处理游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量最高,为(16.30±1.40)μg/g FW,极显著高于大多数处理及对照;100kV/m、30min处理过氧化物酶(POD)活性最高,为(13.02±0.78)μg·g-1·min-1,极显著高于其它处理及对照;200kV/m、60min处理超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最高,为(468.36±26.55)U/gFW,极显著高于大多数处理及对照;在每个场强范围内随处理时间的增长其所测指标均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,100kV/m、30min处理下,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量以及POD活性与其它处理相比较结果最优。试验表明,适宜的高压静电场处理有利于提高菜豆抗逆性。
Taking the bean variety “Cui Yun 1” as test material, the effect of high electrostatic field strength and processing time on the physiological activity of kidney bean seeds was studied by two-factor randomized trial design. The results showed that the highest content of free proline (300 mg / m, 90min) was (16.30 ± 1.40) μg / g FW, which was significantly higher than that of most treatments and controls at 300kV / (POD) was the highest (13.02 ± 0.78) μg · g-1 · min-1, which was significantly higher than other treatments and controls. In each field intensity range, the index of the tested plants increased first and then decreased with the increase of treatment time. Experiments show that suitable high-voltage electrostatic field treatment is conducive to improving kidney stress resistance.
