目前,在高职院校快速发展的过程中,校企合作机制已经受到各高职院校的广泛认可,企业对学生的要求也被高职院校看作重要的培养方向。但在这个过程中还存在着管理制度不完善、学生思想教育不深入、学校管理方法不先进、学生自我约束能力薄弱等诸多问题,面对这些问题迫使我们不断探索,即在思想上加强职业生涯规划贯穿大学生涯、在管理方法上把企业绩效管理运用到班级管理之中、在评估机制上建立顶岗实习网络联动平台,体现形式和内容的统一,学校和企业相济构建“以人为本”的学生管理模式,以促进高职院校可持续发展。
At present, in the process of rapid development of higher vocational colleges, the cooperation mechanism between universities and enterprises has been widely recognized by all higher vocational colleges.
