头孢呋辛酯片主要成份为头孢呋辛酯,其化学名为(6R,7R)-7-[2-呋喃基(甲氧亚氨基)乙酰氨基]-3-氨基甲酰氧甲基-8-氧代-5-硫杂-1-氮杂双环[4.2.0]辛-2-烯-2-羧酸,1-乙酰氧基乙酯。固定相为:依利特hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(4.6*250*5u),0.2mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液-乙腈-甲醇(70:15:15)为流动相,检测波长为278nm;头孢呋辛酯在100~350μg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。头孢呋辛酯的平均回收率为99.5%。本法简便、重现性好、回收率高,可用于头孢呋辛酯片中头孢呋辛酯的含量测定。
The main component of cefuroxime axetil tablets is cefuroxime axetil, its chemical name is (6R, 7R) -7- [2-furanyl (methoxyimino) acetamido] -3-carbamoyloxymethyl-8 Oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo [4.2.0] oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid, 1-acetoxyethyl ester. The average recovery of cefuroxime axetil was 99.5%. This method is simple, reproducible, high recovery, can be used for determination of the content of cefuroxime axetil in cefuroxime axetil tablets.
