在优化的仪器条件下,以In作内标,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定尿中碘元素。样品经稀释离心后直接上机测定。该方法线性范围为宽、灵敏度高、重现性好、线性相关系数为0.99997、回收率为95.3%—98.1%、精密度为1.15%—2.08%、用ICP-M S法和国标方法同时测定25份尿样中碘含量,结果经统计学分析,T为0.158小于2.021,P>0.05,说明两种方法测定结果之间无显著性差异。ICP-M S方法简便快速且易于操作,适用于大批量尿样品中碘含量的测定。
Under optimized instrumental conditions, In was used as an internal standard and the urine iodine was determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Samples were centrifuged directly on the machine after the determination. The method has wide linear range, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.99997, the recovery rate is 95.3% -98.1%, and the precision is 1.15% -2.08%. Simultaneous determination by ICP-MS and GB method The iodine content in 25 urine samples was statistically analyzed. T was 0.158 and less than 2.021, P> 0.05, indicating no significant difference between the two methods. The ICP-M S method is simple, fast and easy to operate and is suitable for the determination of iodine in high-volume urine samples.
