高效率的成形磨削关键问题之一就是砂轮的成形修整。修整后的砂轮精度直接反映到被磨削的工件上。为此,砂轮成形修整方法应根据工件的形面精度要求以及批量大小正确选择,一般讲,砂轮成形修整的方法有三种:1.用大颗粒天然金刚石修磨成金刚刀,按仿形板修整成形。这种方法修整时间长,操作复杂,修出的砂轮不锋利,而且金刚刀价格昂贵,制造工艺复杂,我国又缺乏天然金刚石资源,因此,这种方法采用的较少。
