目的:探讨中医复方消障灵对大鼠白内障丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:制作半乳糖白内障模型,以VitE为对照组。观察消障灵不同剂量对白内障形成时间、晶体混浊程度、血及晶体丙二醛(MDA)和(超氧化物歧化酶)SOD值的影响情况。结果:消障灵明显延缓白内障的形成,减轻晶体混浊程度,降低MDA含量,提高SOD活性,且都不同程度优于对照组。结论:消障灵早期用药能显著延迟大鼠半乳糖性白内障的发生,早期、大剂量用药均能控制大鼠晶状体混浊的发展。消障灵通过降解脂质过氧化产物,减轻毒性作用,提高机体抗脂质过氧化能力,达到防治白内障的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Yizhiling, a traditional Chinese medicine compound, on malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rat cataract. METHODS: A galactose cataract model was made and VitE was used as a control group. Observed the effect of different doses of Xiaozhiling on the time of cataract formation, degree of cloudiness of crystals, blood and malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) values. RESULTS: Xiaozhiling significantly delayed the formation of cataract, reduced the degree of crystal turbidity, decreased the content of MDA, and increased the activity of SOD, and all were better than the control group. Conclusion: The early use of Xiaoanling can significantly delay the occurrence of galactose-induced cataract in rats. Early and large-dose administration can control the development of rat lens opacification. Eliminating the barrier to reduce the toxic effects of lipid peroxidation products, improve the body’s anti-lipid peroxidation ability to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of cataract.
