青少年是我国社会未来发展的主要力量,所以在对青少年进行教育的过程中,不仅要注重身体素质的锻炼,同时还应该注重心理素质的教育。随着人们物质生活水平的提升,家长对孩子溺爱的现象愈加明显,所以导致部分青少年的自理自立能力较差,心理承受能力较差,在经受一定的打击后,由于心理承受不了就会导致不可控的后果,所以对青少年的心理健康教育更加重要。体育锻炼不仅能够强健青少年的体魄,如果使用的方法正确,还能够进行正确的心理引导,从而促进其心理健康的发展,对于提高青少年身心健康的全面发展具有重要的意义。
Adolescents are the major force in the future development of our society. Therefore, we should not only pay attention to the training of physical quality, but also pay attention to the education of psychological quality in the process of educating young people. As people’s material standard of living increases, the phenomenon that parents spoil their children is even more evident. As a result, some young people are less capable of self-care and self-reliance and have less psychological capacity to withstand psychological stress after suffering some blows. The consequences of control, so mental health education for young people is more important. Physical exercise can not only strengthen the physique of teenagers, but also make proper psychological guidance to promote the development of their mental health if they are used in a correct way. This is of great significance for improving the overall development of adolescents’ physical and mental health.
