采用紫外光谱法测定布美他尼血药浓度及在家兔体内药代动力学参数，并对13例心衰患者合用地高辛后体内相互作用进行了考察。结果表明，两药合用无明显相互作用影响。
The concentration of bumetanide and its pharmacokinetic parameters in rabbits were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The in vivo interaction in 13 patients with heart failure after digoxin exposure was investigated. The results show that there is no obvious interaction between the two drugs.
