本文就氧酸化电位水(EOW)在根管治疗中的应用进行探讨。对进行根管冲洗的60例急性根尖炎患者应用EOW和2%氯亚明、3%双氧水作对比研究。结果表明,EOW组有效率是83.33%,2%氯亚明及3%双氧水组有效率是90%,两者无显著性差异。另对55例进行根管封药的慢性根尖炎、死髓牙患者做EOW和甲醛甲酚(Fc)的对比研究,结果表明,EOW组有效率是68%,Fc组有效率是90%,两者有显著性差异。由此得出结论:氧酸化电位水在根管冲洗中疗效可靠,但不宜作为长效消毒剂用于根管封药。
This article discusses the use of oxygenated potential water (EOW) in root canal therapy. A total of 60 patients with acute apketiosis who underwent root canal irrigation were enrolled in the study. EOW, 2% cloimium and 3% hydrogen peroxide were used for the comparative study. The results showed that the effective rate was 83.33% in EOW group, 90% in 2% chloroamine and 3% hydrogen peroxide group, no significant difference between the two groups. Another 55 cases of root canal sealant chronic apical inflammation, dead marrow patients do EOW and formaldehyde cresol (Fc) comparison study showed that the EOW group was 68% effective, Fc group efficiency was 90% , There is a significant difference between the two. From this conclusion: oxic acid potential water in root canal irrigation curative effect is reliable, but not as a long-acting disinfectant for root canal sealant.
