Human resources as the bank’s most important strategic resource, the banking model will be directly reflected in the allocation of human resources. This paper analyzes the bank financial profit growth mode, the channel operation mode and the credit business model facing the challenge and the direction of the future change, and concretely estimates the impact of the change on the bank human resource allocation, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
