20世纪80年代以来,新公共管理理论在日渐显示其主导地位同时由于其理论和实践上的缺陷,遭到了来自许多方面的质疑及其批判。本文主要基于对新公共管理理论的反思,介绍了新公共服务理论的主要内容以及对我国政府模式转变的借鉴意义。 Since the 1980s, the new public management theory has been increasingly showing its dominance and has been questioned and criticized in many aspects due to its theoretical and practical defects. This article is mainly based on the reflection of the new public management theory, introduces the main content of the new public service theory and the reference significance for the transformation of our government model.
