朔黄铁路是我国目前投资与建设规模最大的一条合资铁路,与神朔铁路一起组成我国“三西”煤炭外运基地的煤运通道。随着黄骅港煤炭运量的日益增长,朔黄铁路沿线电厂对煤炭需求的日益增加,目前的输送能力已无法满足运输需求的增长,制约了相关地区的经济发展。通过对朔黄铁路5个改建方案的研究,朔黄铁路可采用具有充分利用既有设备、土建最小、施工与运输干扰最小、运输组织可靠等优点的第Ⅱ方案,从而解决能力与需求的矛盾。
Shuohuang Railway is currently the largest investment and construction of a joint-venture railway, with the Shen-Shuo Railway together to form China’s “Three West” coal transport base for coal transport corridors. With the continuous increase of coal transportation volume in Huanghua Port and the increasing demand for coal by power plants along the line of Shuohuang Railway, the current transportation capacity has been unable to meet the growth of transportation demand and restricted the economic development in the relevant areas. Through the research on five reconstruction schemes of Shuohuang Railway, Shuohuang Railway can solve the conflict between capability and demand by adopting the second scheme with full use of existing equipment, minimal civil construction, minimal interference in construction and transportation, and reliable transport organization. .
