Harbin Confucian Temple is located in the hospital of Harbin Military Engineering College, Nangang District, Harbin. It is located on the Confucian Temple Street, which runs through Nantong Avenue and Xuanhua Street. It was founded in 1926 (15 years in the Republic of China) and was completed in 1929 (18 years in the Republic of China). It was initiated and implemented by then Chief Executive Zhang Huanxiang and successor Zhang Jinghui of the Eastern Province Special Administrative Region (SAR)
