介绍了一个以微钻头数学模型为基础,基于工程数据库的CAD及其仿真系统。研究了微钻头的CAD及其仿真方法。提出了系统的整体结构,说明了系统各组成部分的功能。说明了在微机环境下微钻头CAD及其仿真系统的结构与实现过程。列举了应用实例,并给出了螺旋槽、钻尖后刀面及钻尖的仿真图。
A CAD system and its simulation system based on engineering database are introduced based on mathematical model of micro drill bit. The micro-drill CAD and its simulation method are studied. Proposed the overall structure of the system, indicating the function of the various components of the system. Describes the structure and implementation process of micro drill CAD and its simulation system in the computer environment. The application examples are given, and the simulation diagrams of the helical groove, the drill flank and the drill tip are given.
