我对部属是刁难,还是鼓励? 对于确实不适任的部属,我有没有道德勇气把他们开除、调职? 我是否竭尽全力做到鼓舞、激励、给予诱导,来挽救犯错误、能力不足的人?
Am I miserable to subordinates or encouraged? Do I have the moral courage to expel them and transfer their positions? Are I doing my utmost to inspire, motivate and induce me to save mistakes and lack of capacity ?
