本制备了WO_3为活性组分,TiO_2为载体的双金属固体酸酯化催化剂WO_3/TiO_2,采用IR测试技术对催化剂进行了表征。将该催化剂用于正丁酸与异戊醇进行酯化反应合成了丁酸异戊酯,考察了催化剂用量、n(异戊醇):n(正丁酸)、反应时间、带水剂种类和催化剂重复使用性等因素对酯化率的影响。实验结果表明,该催化剂催化合成丁酸异戊酯的适宜反应条件为:n(异戊醇):n(正丁酸)=1.2、催化剂用量2.0g、反应时间110min,酯化率可达95.2%。
This paper prepared a WO_3 / TiO_2 bimetallic solid acidification catalyst with WO_3 as the active component and TiO_2 as support. The catalysts were characterized by IR. The catalyst was used for the esterification of n-butyric acid and isoamyl alcohol to synthesize isoamyl butyrate. The effects of catalyst amount, n (isoamyl alcohol): n (n-butyric acid), reaction time, And catalyst reusability and other factors on the esterification rate. The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of isoamyl butyrate are n (isoamyl alcohol): n (n-butyric acid) = 1.2, the amount of catalyst 2.0g, the reaction time 110min, the esterification rate of 95.2 %.
