课程政策载体主要包括政府发布的课程改革纲领性指导意见、课程计划、课程标准等,教科书属于准课程政策。根据课程政策的知识属性,我们可以将课程政策分为调节性政策、知识性政策和泛知识类政策。课程政策具有以下特征:课程政策制定的依据是心理学;课程政策文本内涵的知识性;不同的课程政策的可操作性存在很大的差异;课程政策执行的复杂性。
The carrier of curriculum policy mainly includes the guiding guidelines for the curriculum reform promulgated by the government, the curriculum plan and the curriculum standards. The textbooks belong to the quasi-curriculum policy. According to the knowledge attribute of curriculum policy, we can divide curriculum policy into regulatory policy, intellectual policy and pan-knowledge policy. Curriculum policy has the following characteristics: curriculum policy-making is based on psychology; curriculum policy text content of the knowledge; different courses of policy operability there is a big difference; the complexity of curriculum policy implementation.
