以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)从本质上讲是一个优化维修的方法,用于确定所有系统或资产的维修活动,使其获得最优的性能。RCM广泛应用于各工业部门,自从它诞生以来就被认为是一种有效的维修方法。然而,在企业中实施RCM时还存在若干问题需要解决。对大型水电公司实施RCM时出现的或潜在的一些问题研究发现,RCM的成功实施依赖以下因素所有相关员工的认识、高层管理的支持和企业内部有效的沟通系统。
Reliability-centric maintenance (RCM) is essentially a method of optimizing maintenance to determine the maintenance activities of all systems or assets for optimal performance. RCM is widely used in various industrial sectors and has been considered as an effective method of repair since its inception. However, there are a number of issues that need to be addressed when implementing RCM in the enterprise. Research or potential problems with large-scale hydropower companies implementing RCMs The study found that the successful implementation of RCM relied on the knowledge of all relevant employees, senior management support, and an effective communication system within the organization.
