Sleep Research magazine published a new study at Harvard Medical School in the United States found that going to bed one hour every night earlier than normal would help reduce high blood pressure. Researchers from Harvard Medical School studied 22 middle-aged men and women participants. These participants slept for only 7 hours or less per night, with their blood pressure already at critical hypertension.
