2013年9月7日,国家主席习近平在哈萨克斯坦纳扎尔巴耶夫大学做重要演讲,提出共同建设“丝绸之路经济带”。丝绸之路是古今中外经济文化交流的国际通道,也是一个生态脆弱带,要复兴激活,就需要一种人与自然协调发展,最低耗能,对环境最低干扰的新居住方式、新文明方式、新商业模式。本文以丝绸之路兰州段生态保护为例,以兰州市旅游业开发对生态环境的影响为重点,探讨丝绸之路生态保护的科学模式。
