本文对豚鼠耳卡那霉素中毒后记录的脑干诱发电位和耳蜗电位以及全耳蜗铺片观察结果作了综合分析。结果如下:①正常豚鼠(38耳)中,脑干诱发电位的阈值和潜伏期的个体差异很小。另10耳装电极后一个月内,三次测得的阈值和潜伏期无明显差别。②耳卡那霉素中毒后,脑干诱发电位(Ⅳ波)的阈值与耳蜗电位(CM. AP)的阈值之间呈线性关系。③脑干诱发电位与耳蜗组织学观察结果较为符合。结论认为在豚鼠耳药物中毒慢性实验中,脑干诱发电位是观察听力变化的一种非常可靠的客观方法。
In this paper, guinea pigs kanamycin poisoning recorded after the brainstem response and cochlear potential and cochlear tabeches were observed results were analyzed. The results are as follows: ① Normal guinea pigs (38 ears), the individual differences in threshold and latency of brainstem response were small. Within the first month after the other 10 ear-mounted electrodes, there was no significant difference between the three thresholds and the incubation period. ② ototoxicity after kanamycin, the threshold of brain stem evoked potential (Ⅳ wave) and the threshold of the cochlear potential (CM. AP) was linear. ③ brain stem evoked potentials and cochlear histological observations more in line with. The conclusion is that in the chronic toxicity test of guinea pig ear drug, the brainstem response potential is a very reliable and objective method to observe the hearing changes.
