目的 :考察四倍体菘蓝 Isatisindigotica Fort.根的有机酸类化学成分。方法 :应用硅胶柱层析对氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取部分中化学成分进行分离纯化 ,应用理化常数测定和光谱分析技术鉴定结构。 结果 :分离得到 6种有机酸 ,分别鉴定为 :吡啶3-羧酸 ( ) ,顺丁烯二酸 ( ) ,2 -羟基 - 1,4-苯二甲酸 ( ) ,苯甲酸 ( ) ,水杨酸 ( ) ,丁香酸 ( )。结论 :化合物 , , 为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents of organic acids in Tetraploid Isatisindigotica Fort. Methods : The silica gel column chromatography was used to separate and purify the chemical components in the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts. The structures were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis techniques. Results: Six kinds of organic acids were isolated and identified as: pyridine 3-carboxylic acid (), maleic acid (), 2-hydroxy-1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid (), benzoic acid (), salicin Acid (), syringic acid (). Conclusion : The compound , was isolated from the plant for the first time.
