“张老师,小辉说他想利用午休时间在学校写作业,可以吗?”“当然可以!”放下电话,欣喜之余,曾经的情景不禁涌现:刚接班时,有一些学生不爱写作业,我通过各种方法都成功的矫正了,唯独小辉依然如故。而且随着时间的推移每况愈下:“小辉,怎么又没做完作业?你承诺完刚过几天呀!”“小辉,你的作业量不到其他同学的一半!你还有什么理由不完成作业!”“小辉,不完成作业还闹情绪?你这是什么态度!”
