建立了一种利用离子色谱仪(IC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)联用分析饮用水中Br O-3与Br-的方法。使用Ion Pac AS19(4×250 mm)型色谱柱,在流速1 ml/min及30 mmol/L NH4NO3(p H 8.0)淋洗液下进行Br O-3和Br-的分离。在最佳条件下,Br O-3与Br-的检出限(以3倍基线噪声比计)分别为0.25、0.20μg/L(基于峰面积),不同浓度溴形态标准溶液8次平行测定峰面积相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~3.4%。应用该方法对饮用水中溴的形态进行了分析,目标物在水样品中的加标回收率为98%~102%。试验结果表明,该方法可用于饮用水样品中溴形态的日常分析。
A method was developed for the analysis of Br O-3 and Br-in drinking water using ion chromatography (IC) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The separation of Br O-3 and Br- was performed using an Ion Pac AS19 (4 × 250 mm) column with flow rates of 1 ml / min and 30 mmol / L NH4NO3 (p H 8.0). Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits of Br O-3 and Br-were 0.25,0.20μg / L (based on the peak area) at 3 times baseline-to-noise ratio. Eight different concentrations of bromine standard solution were determined in parallel The relative standard deviation (RSD) of peak area was 0.8% ~ 3.4%. The method was used to analyze the form of bromine in drinking water. The recoveries of spiked samples in water samples were 98% -102%. The test results show that the method can be used for routine analysis of the form of bromine in drinking water samples.
