“六五”期间,在地矿部有关部门的领导和支持下,经过有关科研院校和探矿厂、队坚持不懈的共同努力,地质坑道的掘进机械化水平有了显著提高,为坑探工程的技术进步和加强金、银、汞等贵重、有色金属矿产的普查勘探工作做出了很大贡献。目前,一些队的掘进设备不仅能够施工千米以上的坑道,以满足急需矿种深部勘探的需要;而且可以承包一些断面较大的矿山、水电与交通隧道工程。如浙江、湖南、云南、四川等局探矿工程队和地质队,去年以来使用“三车一机”承包了多处坑、隧道工程,并且取得了较施工勘探坑道更好的技术经济效果。其原因,据我们了解,这些队在承包工程中,除了实行承包合同制
