目的:对复方丹参片和复方丹参颗粒的三七薄层的研究情况进行分析探讨。方法:研究中分别采取不同的提取方法、展开剂以及展开条件对相同的复方丹参片和复方丹参颗粒展开薄层色谱实验,并挑选出最佳实验条件。结果:最终确定采用硅胶G高效预制薄层板进行分离,展开剂为:以二氯甲烷-无水乙醇-水(70:45:6.5),相对湿度<18%的条件下为最佳实验条件,人参皂苷Rg1,人参皂苷Rb1,人参皂苷Re以及三七皂苷R1均存在清晰斑点,分离效果良好。结论:采取以上薄层色谱法展开实验,具有良好的专属性,可以对该类制剂的质量进行严格的控制,值得关注。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the researches of Panax notoginseng slices of Fufang Danshen Tablets and Fufang Danshen Granules.
