目前,在建筑工程基础施工中,旋挖桩施工技术使用较广泛。旋挖桩一般是指由旋挖钻机施工的钻孔灌注桩,旋挖桩有成孔速度快、施工效率高、适应地层较广泛、低噪音、对环境污染小等优点。但在施工过程中,经常会出现一些质量问题:缩径和塌孔、孔底沉渣过厚、堵管、断桩、钢筋笼上浮等。这些质量问题主接影响着建筑工程的使用性能、使用安全以及使用寿命。本文从实际出发,对旋挖桩基础施工质量控制进行探讨。
At present, in the construction of basic construction, rotary pile construction technology is widely used. Rotary dredging pile generally refers to the bored pile construction by rotary drilling rig, rotary dredging pile has the advantages of fast hole forming speed, high construction efficiency, adapting to strata widely, low noise and small environmental pollution. However, during the construction process, there are often some quality problems: shrinking and collapse hole, hole bottom sediment is too thick, plugging pipe, broken pile, steel cage floating and so on. These quality problems affect the performance of construction projects, the use of safety and service life. Based on the actual situation, this paper discusses the construction quality control of rotary pile foundation.
