将硫铝酸盐水泥净浆试件半浸泡在10%硫酸溶液中,运用环境扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪研究了试件水分蒸发区的破坏特点,并对比了已有相同试验条件下硅酸盐水泥净浆试件破坏特征。结果表明:7 d后,硫铝酸盐水泥试件水分蒸发区产生了严重破坏,并在破坏部位检测到硫酸钠晶体,其破坏机理是硫酸盐物理结晶破坏;而硅酸盐水泥净浆试件水分蒸发区经过5个月后才产生破坏,在破坏净浆内部存在钙矾石和石膏等化学侵蚀产物,证明硫酸盐化学侵蚀破坏依然是主导普通硅酸盐水泥净浆试件水分蒸发区破坏的机理。
The sulphoaluminate cement paste samples were soaked in 10% sulfuric acid solution. The damage characteristics of water evaporation zone were studied by using environmental scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results show that after 7 days, the sample of sulphoaluminate cement has serious damage in the water evaporation zone and the sodium sulphate crystals are detected in the damaged part. The failure mechanism is the physical crystallization of sulphate.
