一、外贸企业信用风险规避与竞争优势的关系分析 激烈的国际竞争促使着灵活多样的贸易方式不断产生,贸易风险也越来越大,许多企业因此背上了沉重的债务包袱,步履艰难,有的甚至无法正常经营,直接影响我国外贸事业的健康发展。而我国外贸企业目前在信用管理上还几乎是一片空白,对交易对象缺少足够的信息和资信调查。因此,我国外贸企业在开放的市场环境中竞争,能否建立起一套先进的信用管理制度,提高企业的信用形象、信用地位以及增强信用实力和信用风险控制能力,这将是决定每个企业生存与发展的关键,并成为我国外贸企业获取竞争优势的主要来源。之所以这样说,这是从竞争优势构建的两个评判标准来得以识别的。竞争优势的异质性是评判标准之
