针对 JPEG-LS算法的编码比特率特性提出了一套编码比特率控制算法 ,通过此算法可实现固定比特率的码流传送 .控制算法的核心由两部分组成 :预编码阶段和后编码阶段 .在前一阶段 ,利用提出的模型推算出满足缓存的估计编码比特数及对应的量化值 .在后编码阶段获取估计编码比特数与实际值之间的差值 ,利用此值调节以后的估计编码比特数 .此算法具有运算量小、稳定性好并可提高编码图像质量的特点
A coding bitrate control algorithm is proposed based on the coding bitrate of JPEG-LS algorithm, which can be used to transmit a fixed bitrate bitstream.The core of the control algorithm consists of two parts: the pre-coding phase and the post-coding phase. In the previous stage, we use the proposed model to calculate the estimated number of coded bits and the corresponding quantized values that satisfy the caching, and obtain the difference between the estimated number of coded bits and the actual value in the post-coding phase, and use this value to adjust the subsequent estimated coding Bit number.This algorithm has the characteristics of small amount of operation, good stability and can improve the quality of the encoded image
