目的了解高星级酒店员工工作压力现状,以便为采取有效措施降低或消除酒店员工工作压力提供科学依据。方法用中文版工作内容量表(JCQ),对大连市高星级酒店员工145人进行问卷调查,应用SPSS11.0统计软件建立数据库,采用日本工作压力判定图测量方法得出数据。结果工作内容问卷分析结果表明,高星级酒店男女员工的工作量分别为32.02和32.12;工作自主程度分别为60.48和60.47;上司支持分别为11.40和11.43;同事支持分别为11.317和11.324。男性员工在“工作量-工作自主程度”上的健康风险度为122,女性员工的健康风险度为98。结论大连市高星级酒店的工作压力对男性员工健康影响较大。
Objective To understand the current situation of high-star hotel staff’s work pressure so as to provide a scientific basis for taking effective measures to reduce or eliminate the work pressure of hotel staff. Methods Using JCQ, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 145 high-star hotel employees in Dalian. SPSS11.0 statistical software was used to establish a database, and the data were obtained by using the Japanese work stress judgment graph measurement method. Results The contents of the questionnaire showed that the workloads of male and female employees in high-star hotels were 32.02 and 32.12 respectively; the degree of work autonomy was 60.48 and 60.47 respectively; the boss support was 11.40 and 11.43 respectively; and the colleagues’ support was 11.317 and 11.324 respectively. Male employees have a health risk of 122 for “workload-job autonomy” and 98 for women employees. Conclusion The working pressure of high-star hotel in Dalian has a greater impact on the health of male employees.
