研究变频离心式制冷机组的经济运行控制方式。介绍了经济运行控制理论原理。通过将经济运行控制理论与相变材料蓄冷空调的有效结合,实现了主机始终运行于特定的节能负荷区间,在最大COP工况下高效运行。根据编制的模拟控制软件,分析了以经济运行控制的相变材料蓄冷空调与以变频离心机为主机的常规空调系统的经济性,认为前者较后者每年节约41.3%的运行费用。指出经济运行控制软件的实现,突破了冰蓄冷系统省钱不节能的局限,达到了移峰、节能的双重目的。
Research on the economic operation control mode of frequency conversion centrifugal chiller. Introduced the theory of economic operation control theory. Through the effective combination of economic operation control theory and phase change material storage air conditioning, the host is always running at a specific energy-saving load range and operating efficiently under the maximum COP condition. According to the simulation control software, the economical efficiency of phase change material storage air conditioner controlled by economic operation and conventional air conditioning system dominated by inverter centrifuge is analyzed. The former is estimated to save 41.3% of annual operating cost compared with the latter. Pointed out that the realization of the economic operation control software, breaking the ice savings system does not save money, to achieve the dual purpose of shifting peak, energy saving.
