学习型组织内部具有极强的学习能力以及持续的创新能力,可以有效提升组织的核心竞争力。有关学习型组织的研究已有近60年的历史,随着管理科学的发展,该研究的视角、维度、分析工具等及研究成果不断丰富。本文根据学习型组织研究的不同发展阶段,总结该领域研究的演进过程,并分析评价学习型组织的影响维度、测量维度等研究的进展,期望对该研究进一步深入有所助益。
Learning within the organization has a strong learning ability and continuous innovation ability, can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the organization. The research on learning organization has been going on for nearly 60 years. With the development of management science, the research perspective, dimensions, analytical tools, and research results are continuously enriched. This article summarizes the evolution process of research in this field according to the different development stages of learning organization, and analyzes and evaluates the research progress of influencing dimensions and measuring dimensions of learning organizations. It is hoped that this study can be further helpful.
