目的:分析比较不同批次血栓心脉宁片挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,应用GC-MS分析鉴定了血栓心脉宁片挥发油的化学成分,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:从批号110603药品中分离得到42个色谱峰,鉴定了其中36个化合物,主要成分为龙脑(43.25%)、异龙脑(30.03%)及麝香酮(7.95%)。从批号110309药品中分离得到40个色谱峰,鉴定了其中33个化合物,主要成分为龙脑(43.37%)、异龙脑(30.14%)及麝香酮(7.71%)。结论:两个批次的血栓心脉宁片挥发油化学成分基本一致,表明该药性质稳定。该方法简便、快速、重复性好,为血栓心脉宁片质量评价提供了一定的科学依据。
Objective: To compare and analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil of thrombosis Xinmaining capsule in different batches. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil of XJM were identified by GC-MS. The relative content of volatile oil was determined by area normalization. Results: 42 chromatographic peaks were isolated from lot 110603 and 36 compounds were identified. The main constituents were borneol (43.25%), isoborneol (30.03%) and musk ketone (7.95%). Forty chromatographic peaks were isolated from lot 110309 and 33 compounds were identified. The main constituents were borneol (43.37%), isoborneol (30.14%) and musk ketone (7.71%). Conclusion: The chemical composition of volatile oil of two batches of thrombosis Xintinning tablets is basically the same, indicating that the drug is stable in nature. The method is simple, rapid, reproducible, and provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of thrombus and Xinmaining tablet.
