目的分析葡萄酒中金属元素的水平。方法以3大国产品牌(张裕、王朝、长城)的26种葡萄酒为样品,经微波消解后,采用原子吸收光谱法测量了其中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)3种重金属元素的量。结果对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数均为r>0.999 5,Pb的检测限为0.006mg/L,Cd的检测限为0.029μg/L,Cu的检测限为0.014 mg/L,各元素RSD均在0~9%之间,加样回收率91.78%~109.8%。26种葡萄酒中Pb、Cd、Cu 3种元素的平均质量浓度分别为35.357μg/L、3.974μg/L、0.684 mg/L。结论该方法快速准确、灵敏度高,操作简单,分析速度快,为这3种元素在葡萄酒中的含量测定提供参考。26种葡萄酒样品中3种重金属元素的量均未超标。
Objective To analyze the level of metal elements in wine. Methods Twenty-six wines from three domestic brands (Changyu, Dynasty and Great Wall) were taken as samples. After microwave digestion, the contents of three heavy metals (Pb, Cd and Cu) were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry The amount of elements. Results For the elements tested, the correlation coefficients of the standard curve were all r> 0.999 5, the detection limit of Pb was 0.006 mg / L, the detection limit of Cd was 0.029 μg / L, and the detection limit of Cu was 0.014 mg / L. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive, easy to operate and fast in analysis. It provides a reference for the determination of the three elements in wine. The 26 kinds of wine samples of three kinds of heavy metal elements were not exceeded.
