随着社会的进步,现代科学技术的发展,人们越来越感到,由于信息的激增,语言负担加大,语词范围展宽,使用语言的数量和频率不断增殖,怎样高效率地培养学生的阅读理解能力已成为当今语文教学的关键。所谓高效率,不仅是要速度快,而且还要理解得深,理解得准。换句话说,就是精读也要有更高的速度。在阅读上,几千年来我们的祖先积累了许多读书、尤其是精读方面的经验。若单就如何读得“精”这一点来说,是个取之不尽的宝库。但在“精读”的基础上如何使之加快速度,达到既精又快的目标,古人却很少涉及。因此,如果我们仍停留在单从语文领域去寻求现成的方法似很困难,我们不得不考虑怎样把各个领域中已经研究出来的一些与语言有关的成果,移植并渗透到语文学习中来,结合学生的实际加以利用,以求得在语文教学中减少一些一盲目性,增强一些一科学性。这是我们近几年来对快速精读训练研究的一个指导思想。

The students actually use it to obtain some blindness in language teaching and enhance some of the science. This is a guiding ideology for our rapid intensive training research in recent years.
