针对芒硝法生产硫酸钾生产方法及特点 ,提出将复分解反应分为两步 ,并利用金属喷涂技术解决设备腐蚀问题 ,提高脱硝温度 ( 4 5℃ )降低能耗 ,优化工艺。
In view of the production methods and characteristics of the potassium sulfate produced by thenardite, the paper proposed that the metathesis reaction should be divided into two steps. The application of metal spraying technology should be used to solve the problem of equipment corrosion. The denitration temperature should be increased (45 ℃) to reduce the energy consumption and optimize the process.
