从事人事工作已经有五六年时间了,接触了一些“试婚”的实习生,包括我本人也是从一名实习生走过来的。现在不少企业对实习生并不看好,认为作用不大,但从我个人来看,那些有着明确的战略目标的企业,有着远见卓识、考虑长远用人的中小企业是非常喜欢接收实习生的,因为“试婚”能够达到双赢的效果。作为企业,我们更应该看到实习生资源的积极一面。大多数“试婚”实习生因社会经验不足、思想单纯、受社会上不良风气影响
