采用铸造模拟软件Any Casting对球墨铸铁机床滑块铸件进行充型、凝固过程模拟。根据铸件金属液的凝固规律,分析出缺陷的分布;通过增大冒口和添加冷铁,改进了工艺方案。模拟结果表明,工艺改进后铸件导轨处的凝固时间明显缩短,顶部缩松缩孔缺陷被完全消除。该研究对同类铸件的工艺设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
Any Casting was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the slider castings of the ductile iron machine tool. According to the solidification rule of molten metal, the distribution of defects was analyzed. The technological scheme was improved by increasing riser and adding chilled iron. The simulation results show that after the process improvement, the solidification time at the casting guide rail is obviously shortened and the top shrinkage shrinkage defect is completely eliminated. The research on the similar casting process design has a certain reference value and guiding significance.
