为使门诊就诊流程更为科学合理,提出“以病人为中心”的门诊流程改造。对门诊的业务流程进行充分优化,从根本上缓解“三长一短”现象。从而提高门诊的服务效率与质量,并对应用效果等问题做了探讨。
To make the outpatient clinic process more scientific and reasonable, put forward “patient-centered” outpatient process transformation. To fully optimize the business process of outpatient service, fundamentally alleviate the “three long and one short” phenomenon. So as to improve the service efficiency and quality of outpatient service and to discuss the application effect and other issues.
