胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)是生长介质的一种,在外周血中至少与两种结合蛋白结合。IGF-Ⅰ通过与细胞表面的特异受体结合而发挥作用。它对传统的胰岛素靶器官具有快速的胰岛素样作用,同时具有促进细胞增生和分化的作用。根据近年来的研究,IGF-Ⅰ可能对不同组织损伤的再生起重要作用。本文简述了IGF-Ⅰ合成代谢、组织再生作用的初步研究。对象和方法(1)垂体切除的大鼠(重100~130g),正常雄性鼠(重180~220g)及侏儒鼠。实验前对上述鼠在实验室内进行适应性训练约1周。垂体切除鼠体重变化如大于±1%则弃掉不用。所有实验鼠给予自由饮食。(2)用挤压法损伤大鼠的坐骨神经,将神经残端放入硅管内并用IGF-Ⅰ灌注。使用
Insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) is a growth medium that binds at least two binding proteins in the peripheral blood. IGF-I acts by binding to specific receptors on the cell surface. It has a fast insulin-like effect on the traditional insulin target organs, at the same time it has the role of promoting cell proliferation and differentiation. According to recent studies, IGF-I may play an important role in the regeneration of different tissue damage. This article briefly describes the IGF-Ⅰ anabolic, tissue regeneration of a preliminary study. Subjects and methods (1) pituitary excised rats (weighing 100 ~ 130g), normal male rats (weighing 180 ~ 220g) and dwarf rats. The rats were subjected to adaptive training in the laboratory for about 1 week before the experiment. Pituitary resection rat body weight changes such as greater than ± 1% were discarded. All mice were given free diet. (2) The rat sciatic nerve was injured by squeezing, the nerve stump was placed in silicon tube and perfused with IGF-I. use
