本文介绍了汽缸套内表面激光处理通用程序的设计。该程序用C 语言编制, 通过运行该程序, 完成了汽缸套内表面激光处理的工艺设计, 为汽缸套内表面的处理提供重要参数, 可利用该参数编制用于汽缸套内表面处理的数控程序。试验证明: 该程序具有较强的通用性, 适合各种尺寸及要求不同淬硬面积的汽缸套内表面处理, 也可推广用于管类零件的内表面处理。
This article describes the design of the general procedure for laser treatment of the cylinder liner inner surface. The program is compiled by C language.
