文献报道白桦脂醇、白桦脂酸,熊果酸等三萜化合物具有明显的抗炎活性。由于莲(Nelumbo nucifera)的根茎中含有白桦脂酸等三萜化合物,为此,采用角叉菜胶和5-羟色胺诱导的大鼠足水肿模型,对莲的甲醇提取物及成分白桦脂酸的抗炎活性进行了研究。结果经口给予莲甲醇提取物(200、400mg/kg)和白桦脂酸(50、100mg/kg)对大鼠两种炎症模型均呈现明显的抗炎作用,其作用与保泰松(100mg/kg,经口给予)和地塞米松(0.5mg/kg,皮下注射)作用相当。
It has been reported that triterpenoid compounds such as betulin, betulinic acid and ursolic acid have significant anti-inflammatory activity. Since the rhizome of Nelumbo nucifera contains triterpene compounds such as betulinic acid, carrageenin and 5-hydroxytryptamine-induced rat paw edema models were used for this purpose. The lotus methanol extract and the components of betulinic acid were used. Anti-inflammatory activity was studied. Results Oral administration of lotus methanol extract (200, 400 mg/kg) and betulinic acid (50, 100 mg/kg) showed significant anti-inflammatory effects on both inflammatory models in rats, and its effect was associated with Baotai Song (100 mg/ Kg, given orally, and dexamethasone (0.5 mg/kg, subcutaneous injection) were equivalent.
