邯钢8号高炉在入炉原燃料条件的不断劣化状况下,进行了以低硅冶炼为核心的生产技术攻关,逐步形成自有的一套操作、技术和管理模式。其要点是,提高煤气利用率,保持合理的操作炉型,优化造渣制度,以及推行标准化操作和精细化管理等,在保证炉缸热量持续充沛的条件下,通过改善[Si]与炉缸热量的内部对应关系,实现“低硅不低热”。生产实践表明,8号高炉在保持炉况顺行和铁水温度1510℃以上的前提下,将[Si]从0.45%降低并稳定在0.33%左右。
