在热议学生体质状况之际,2014年修订的《国家学生体质健康标准》中测试项目全面,能够很好的反映学生的体质状况。但在笔者的实际操作过程中发现存在上报时间紧、工作量大,引体向上标准制定不合理、缺乏小学到中学的过渡,没有评分功能,学生不够重视等问题。希望能够引起相关部门的重视,适当延长上报时间、完善评分标准、合理运用体质测试评分结果,也希望通过体质测试能够促进学生锻炼,提高学生身体素质水平,早日实现强国梦。
In discussing the students’ physical condition, the test items of the National Students’ Physical Health Standard revised in 2014 are comprehensive and can well reflect the students’ physical condition. However, in the actual operation of the author, there are problems such as tight reporting time, heavy workload, unreasonable introductory standard, lack of transition from primary school to secondary school, lack of scoring function and insufficient attention of students. Hope that it can arouse the attention of the relevant departments, appropriately extend the reporting time, improve the scoring standards, rational use of physical examination score results, but also hope that through physical examination can promote students’ exercise, improve the physical fitness of students, realize the dream of strong nation as soon as possible.
